Buying off plan or nearly completed property means you can often have a choice in what kitchens tiles etc are used and you can customise to your own requirements. There is also the added advantage of staggering the payments – but be aware you need to protect yourselves against currency fluctuations- see foreign currency section below. As we have good relationships with the sales teams we will ensure you get the best possible price and as many extras included in the deal!

Our resales are realistically priced to achieve sales and the advantage here is that you can see exactly what you are buying. Most resales have fixtures and fittings included e.g. blinds, white goods, fly screens and ceiling fans and many are sold furnished. The gardens and green areas of the developments are completed and you can meet your neighbours and get a good feel for the locality.

Depending on the age of the property many already have title deeds. Here in Cyprus it is not unusual for title deeds for a property to take 4-5 years to be issued but the system is currently being looked at to speed up the process.


The land registry system and the buying system is similar to that in the UK but as in the UK you are strongly urged to use a Solicitor based in Cyprus as there are some differences.
